With an outstanding portfolio to draw on, we're in a prime position to grow and develop new client partnerships. As such, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our family.


As BDM, you'll be spearheading the company's growth, supported closely by the Managing Director, Ops Director, and Head of Projects at every step.

We're a passionate and hungry team, always working to improve our skills and find new opportunities to bringpurpose-driven creative solutions to like-minded clients.


We're excited to present this brand new role to a driven Business Development Manager who really wants to make their mark on a progressive and exciting company.


DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies with the leadership team
  • Building relationships with new contacts
  • Sourcing and managing tender opportunities
  • Developing and managing a healthy sales pipeline
  • Managing sales processes through to completion
  • Consistently meeting sales and profitability targets
  • Developing crossselling opportunities through great relationships
  • Providing excellent prospect and customer experiences
  • Working in partnership with Amp team on marketing and sales campaigns
  • Producing quotes and pitches with support from creative and management teams


As a progressive company, all our roles are based on 35hr weeks, fully flexible and hybrid, however it is anticipated that in the first three months you will be based at amplitude HQ as much as possible to allow for training and peer-to-peer support fromyour colleagues.

Please note, we are a dog friendly office and many of our staff have their dogs in the office on most days.


Salary:
£25- 30k basic - £40- £50k OTE, (with Uncapped Commission)

Holidays: 22 days per year plus bank holidays
