Multi Trade Maintenance Plasterer

  • Disrepair and Maintenance works
  • Domestic
  • PERMANENT with company van and fuel card supplied
Resourcing Group is working with a maintenance contractor based in Merseyside. They are very specialist, working specifically on behalf and partnering with local Housing Associations. They are contracted with carrying out repairs and maintenance as well as disrepair works, operating with in people's homes.

They would like to appoint 2 additional Multi Trade Operatives to carry out larger responsive works.

For example, the projects may take a couple of days to complete rather than your traditional reactive repair contracts doing many jobs in many properties each day.

There is also disrepair works including damp repairs and water damage.

This would suit someone with the following skill sets:

  • Plastering
  • able to skim small areas
  • Basic plumbing
  • Basic wood work and carpentry
  • Painting
  • Tiling
  • General repairs and maintenance


The company offer a van and a fuel card which is available for business use and supplied on your 1st day of joining them.
