Last year, we launched a new partnership co-locating with Kwik Fit centers. Marrying the cycling and automotive industry is a bold move and it's paying off. That's why this year is all about expansion and helping people, everywhere, stay safe on the roads.

About The Team & Role
:


You will be part of our marketing team, which consists of: the Brand & Marketing Lead and the Partnerships & Community Manager.

The new person joining will work closely with and report directly to the Partnerships & Community Manager, assisting with their strategies and content related to partnerships, community engagement, driving sales, and implementing creative campaigns.


Key Objectives:


  • Together with a Partnerships & Community Manager, develop and execute a robust social media strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement within the cycling community.
  • Create compelling content across platforms to showcase expertise, share maintenance tips, and promote offers.
  • Grow and engage our social media audience authentically through interactions, collaborations, and community engagement.
  • Research and initiate conversations with cycling clubs, local communities and potential partners for collaborations to further expand our brand presence and reach.
  • Research and collaborate with brand influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach target audiences effectively.
  • Monitor channels for inquiries and feedback, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Support Partnerships & Community Manager in analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social efforts with business goals and support initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platforms to innovate and stay competitive.
  • Required: Travel readiness crucial for expanding into new cities.

  • Quick to spot social media and PR opportunities for content ideas.

Salary:

Part time (16 flexible hours a week): £24,000 FTE

Location:

Mostly based in fettle locations / cities Fettle serves. Most workshops are London based today.
