The Role:


DHI are recruiting an Engagement Team Leader to support clients within South Gloucestershire who are engaged with our drug and alcohol recovery programmes.

We are looking for people who can bring leadership, creativity and enthusiasm and who are committed to supporting clients and peers, helping them to make positive changes in their lives.


You will be responsible for the supervision of staff as well as ensuring that contact with clients and professionals are positive and timely.

You will have the opportunity to work flexibly between home and DHI offices to support clients. The role is varied and interesting and requires you to work flexibly and dynamically.
