  • Own and lead the roadmap activity for Climate Risk solutions, working with Labs across the Enterprise Risk Platform (ERP) and Enterprise Architecture to design the strategic Climate Risk landscape and the delivery mechanism that delivers to this target architecture in agreed transition states.
  • Support with planning, leading and coordinating the technical delivery, governance controls, planning of activities, communication and engagement across the business teams and lab working with Product Owners & business analysts.
  • Engage and oversee the technical aspects of 3rd party deliveries as part of Climate Risk deliveries
  • Respond to individual and team objectives and invests in improving personal performance by growing own skills and capabilities, mentoring others when required.
  • Show welldeveloped interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, particularly the ability to convey key business information arising from sophisticated issues to nontechnical people.

  • Knowledge of Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Risk modelling or Reporting
  • Understanding of Climate Risk or Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) concepts
  • Knowledge of DevOps techniques & implementation approaches in the delivery
