Business Analyst

I am currently partnering with one of Manchester's top Development teams and one of the fastest growing Digital Tech Agencies who are looking for motivated and smart Business Analyst to join their team.

For the last 5 years they have been winning a ton of awardsand are always a close contestant for the UK Best Digital Agency of the Year Award.

This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst that has experience liaising with project stakeholders to gather and create project requirements.

They offer loads of progression opportunities and exposure to some of the best training on offer, including 5 dedicated paid training days per year, Pluralsight subscriptions, and technical and profession progression plans.


Responsibilities

  • Help the delivery of medium to large size projects using an Agilebased delivery methodology,
  • Speak to internal and external stakeholders to elicit project requirements
  • Use Jirabased project management software to translate and input project requirements
  • Have a highlevel understanding of technology and process to deliver web and mobile app projects.

Key Experience

  • 12 years' previous experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Knowledge of software and software delivery methodologies
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced, continually evolving working environment,
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Selfmotivated
  • Knowledge of Agile project management and associated tools (e.g. Jira or Trello) is
  • Desirable
  • Experience within a digital agency would also be a bonus
