They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their sales team and helpdrive amazing results.

As anAccount Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining long-term strategic relationships across a portfolio of client accounts.


You will create, develop, and execute against accurate plans and forecasts, while working in close partnership with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders.


You will identify opportunities to cross sell and upsellservices and solutions, and you will be accountable for achieving revenue and profit-based targets.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and relationship building skills.


You will need to be able to manage demand generation, provide value-added solutions and services to clients, and promote new ideas and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic business relationships across a portfolio of client accounts
  • Develop and maintain an annual business plan for the assigned portfolio
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell and upsellservices and solutions
  • Accountable for the achievement of revenue and profitbased targets
  • Promote innovative ideas and solutions toclients
  • Agree upon, create, and implement against a strategic account plan for each client in the portfolio
  • Own the procurement and tender/bid engagement across their assigned portfolio
  • Teach, train, coach, and mentor Inside Account Managers and other sales teammates

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to develop and manage strategic relationships with enterprise clients
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a sales pipeline and close deals
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the market
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
