CMA are working on behalf of a large leisure organisation who are looking to grow the finance team. They have an opening for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the team on a permanent contract.

**What will the Purchase Ledger role involve: - Looking after a busy purchase ledger inbox;

  • Inputting, processing and preparing invoices for payment;
  • Looking after the accounts payable across numerous subsidiaries;
  • Posting invoices;
  • Resolving pricing queries;
  • Clearing up errors and miss payments in the ledger;
  • Making weekly payments runs;
  • Handling invoices queries from supplier and customers;
  • Completing remittances;
  • Raising PO's;
  • Reconciliation of statements,
  • Strong skills and background as a Purchase Ledger;
  • Quick learner who can hit the ground running;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Comfortable working in a small Purchase Ledger team;
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Competent working in a busy and fast paced environment.
