An opportunity has opened up for a Trading Team manager to join our North region within Towergate Insurance Brokers, Manchester.

The key responsibilities for the role are:

Line management of the Trading Team
Personally broking larger and more complex new business opportunities.
Working closely with our Area Sales Director to maximise conversion and income.
Being responsible for the team following compliant broking processes at all times.
Along with other members of the management team, sharing responsibility for insurer relationships at a senior local level.
Providing ad hoc support on retaining existing business where cases are at risk.

We are looking for someone to have had managerial or team leader experience as well as industry experience to be successful in this role.
