SBU NCE Service > Onshore North & West > Service UK/IE 2

You will be based from Dalry - Ayrshire and also covering Campbeltown - Argyll, working as part of an Area Team in Service, to support the Field Operations by maintaining and maintaining the service hubs to provide tooling support to the Technicians.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for safety procedures and display at service bases


  • Inventory management

  • GR, stock transfers, consumption to WTG, availability of parts and tools, maintaining SAP data, ordering PPE
  • Tools management usage log (in /out), inspection, replacement, calibration, special tools, returns etc single point of contact
  • Coordinating transport/vehicle maintenance in line with business processes
  • Using all lifting equipment available at the service base, e.g. hand truck, forklift, hydraulic platform, etc, for movement of stock and loading/unloading of vans
  • Maintaining files appropriate to the activities of the unit, such as delivery notes, invoices, order numbers, receiving dates, shipping dates, etc

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience in similar postion
  • Previous experience from exposure to multicultural and international organizations
  • Skilled user in Word, Excel, and SAP
  • English fluency written and oral
  • Willingness to travel on regular basis, including nights away from home
