In this People & Culture Assistant role in London, you will be joining one of London's most innovative fibre networking businesses.

Our client is changing the landscape (literally) when it comes to companies accessing next-generation fibre for business.

Having earned one of the best reputations in the industry, and recently surpassing 300 employees (and still growing), they are looking to expand their internal team with this exciting HR hire.


Job description - People & CultureKey responsibilities - People & Culture**- To support the People and Culture team in setting up the onboarding process and organising the induction of new starters

  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all documentation ranging from preemployment checks, issuing of offer letters, contracts of employment and onboarding docs
  • To assist with all internal and external people and culturerelated inquiries or requests and knowing when, and who, to escalate these to when appropriate
  • To plan, implement and maintain efficient and accurate HR administration for all areas including benefit schemes, HR records, personnel files, payroll and all employmentrelated matters
  • To assist with payroll and adhoc people and culture projects
  • To produce and submit reports on general people and culture activity

Job requirements - People & Culture

  • Ideally degree educated in a businessfocused discipline
  • Proven experience in a professional HR and Administration role, with direct experience using HR databases and HRIS systems
  • Ability to always handle data with confidentiality and professionalism
  • CIPD level 3 or 5 certification is desirable but not essential
  • Strong timemanagement skills and the ability to organise, coordinate and prioritise multiple people and projects at once
  • Ability to consistently work with unparalleled attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with the ability to learn new software and systems
  • A flexible team player, accepting of change, and constantly willing to do what it takes to get the job done
