We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Neighbourhood Officer to join our Neighbourhood team on a full time, fixed-term basis for 6 months.


We are looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.


The role


As a
Neighbourhood Officer, you will provide an effective, efficient and customer focussed neighbourhood management service across our three landlords in Staffordshire and Shropshire.

You will ensure that performance standards and targets are achieved in relation to Tenancy and estate management, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and to monitor and report on that performance.


You will be required to work across our Group offices within Staffordshire and Shropshire, therefore you will need a full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to use for work purposes.


What skills and experience we are looking for:

  • CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice or equivalent experience (Desirable)
  • Experience of working in a customer service environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of housing legislation and best practice regarding Estate Management, Grounds Maintenance and/or Fire Risk Assessments/Block Inspections issues specifically enforcement action
  • Ability to think ahead and be proactive on behalf of customers and the organisation
  • Experience of administration in a Housing environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
