Our Team

You will be working in our Dundee office, along with our friendly team of solicitors and legal secretaries.

The Role

We are looking to further strengthen our current private client team with the appointment of an administrative assistant. This is a full time role.

You will be based in our Dundee office at 2 West Marketgait, Dundee DD1 1QN, 5 days each week (9am-5pm).


You will be assisting with the following:

  • The administration of client files including opening client files, data entry, file closure, and storage of documents in accordance with our department protocols.
  • Working with Outlook, Excel Spread Sheets and our document/case management systems.
  • Working with our solicitors and mail room team to ensure that documents and letters are printed and posted to clients in the correct format.
  • Assisting with the preparation of word documents such as covering letters.
  • Carrying out other general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning where required.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience of being organised and organising others.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Be able to work accurately in a fast paced environment.
  • Love to keep electronic and paper files organised.
  • Be able to follow processes and workflows.
