    Visitor Experience Volunteer

    Welcome to the team of volunteers at the Minster! As a visitor experience volunteer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors when they enter the building. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will help set the tone for a great visit.

    We rely heavily on donations to maintain the building and the church, so you will need to be comfortable directing people to donate. This is an essential part of our mission to preserve this beautiful historic space.

    Your role will also involve keeping the Minster clean and tidy for visitors, ensuring that everyone has a positive experience.

    In addition to your regular duties, you may be required to participate in events promoting the Minster, such as volunteer fairs, local events, and festivals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors
    • Direct people to donate to support the Minster's mission
    • Keep the Minster clean and tidy
    • Participate in events promoting the Minster

    Skills and Qualities:
