NonStop Care are currently looking for an Assistant Team Manager to work for an Outstanding Ofsted Local Authority in the South East.


Responsibilities include supporting the Team Manager to manage the delivery and performance of Family Safeguarding, including recruitment/retention, workload allocation and management, induction, supervision and development of staff, performancemanagement and succession planning.


As well as this, you will ensure that progression of Child in Need and Child Protection plans are timely, effective and child focused and also that Pre-Proceedings and Proceedings are progressing in a timely manner.
