TEAM LEADER - WELLS/Chewton Mendip

We are looking for Team Leaders to support our services in the Wells and Chewton Mendip areas. We want someone who really wants to make a difference and is looking for something rewarding with no 2 days being the same Our service users like to be busy and we are looking for an individual who will support them with a variety of activities

Requirements for Team leader

Commitment, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
Sufficient experience in the care sector
Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
Basic IT skills
Able to work flexibly to reflect the needs of the service (evenings, weekends & bank holidays)

Responsibilities of Team leader

Demonstrate good understanding surrounding Mental Capacity Act and Safeguarding/DoLs/CQC regulations
To support the day to day running of the service and when necessary, deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager
To be able to shift plan and ensuring that all planned activities are carried out each day
To ensure that each Service User receives care appropriate to their individual needs and Service User plan
