This role is to provide cover in across all Resourcing Team

The ELFT Bank Resourcing team has come a long way with new ways of working, streamlined processes, a paperless ethos and more to come

We are currently looking for a motivated, passionate and driven individual to join our Resourcing Team in our journey to excellence You maybe required to cross cover all other recruitment as and when required.

What we are looking for:

Customer Service focus

Strong administrative experience and skills

Comprehensive communication skills

Flexibility and able to adapt to changing demands and priorities

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Knowledge and understanding of UK Employment Law and underpinning legislation

Previous experience in NHS Recruitment is desirable
