Do you have Customer Care Coordinator experience, and are you seeking a new job in Salford? Electricity North West is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator with a salary of £34,266.48 p/a and excellent benefits.
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be proactive in delivering a first class service to all customers, ensuring that they receive an excellent experience throughout the connections journey.
In your first few weeks in this Customer Care Coordinator role, you can expect to:
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all customer stakeholders
- Influence the key customer stakeholders to work collaboratively to ensure that we deliver for the customer and keep them happy
- Coordinate and own the customer relationship and expectations from the first point of contact through to job closure
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards our customers throughout complex and challenging situations
- Provide budget quotations to customers when required to maximise CSAT
- NVQ level 2 in Customer Service or equivalent
- Demonstrate an indepth understanding of all elements of Domestic Customers' 10/10 journey
- Indepth working knowledge of GSOP and EGS8 regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in use of SAP, SAP Portal and MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
