We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our busy Department based in Holywell.

This position requires a strong confident, well-motivated person to take responsibility for the day to day management of a team.

You must have the ability to take ownership and give guidance to team members alongside dealing with the day to day issues that arise within the team.


What will you be doing?

  • Managing people/activities & resources
  • Manage team workflow
  • Review and improve team methods and identify training needs
  • Monitoring, measuring, and analysing team performances
  • Ensure teams are operating to standard operating processes and procedures, and are working to company compliance regulations
  • Attending daily production update meeting and ad hoc meetings
  • Managing key customer accounts to the high standard of customer service expected
  • Developing people skills
  • Managing integration of new product ranges and systems
  • Hands on daytoday work to support the team
  • Managing daytoday issues alongside the team

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Proven knowledge and experience working within a fast moving, highly customer focused environment providing high level customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience using SAP is advantageous but not essential as on the job training will be provided.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Demonstrable administration and organisational skills are essential to support this very busy role, along with the ability to manage complex projects at any given time to meet strict deadlines.
  • The ability to remain professional and maintain a calm demeanour under pressure.
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to deal with all levels of personnel within the customer's organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve to a positive outcome.
