User Experience Researcher

- Responsibilities:_
- Designing research programs to help design and delivery teams succeed
- Conducting research programs
- Synthesizing and communicating research insights and findings
- Embedding research and testing into large projects
- Collaborating with designers, strategists, and technologists to turn research insights into solutions
- Advocating for the value of user research to clients
- Supporting the Head of Design Research in shaping the direction, capabilities, and profile of the design research team
- Contributing to the development of the research community within the organisation
- Requirements:_
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research, ideally within a consulting or agency setting
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. humancomputer interaction, psychology, anthropology)
- Passion for staying current with design research techniques, methods, and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work from a home office in London, Bristol, or Manchester, with potential for travel within the UK
- Flexibility to work in a permanent role with a degree of flexibility
- Strong understanding of GDPR and other compliance issues that impact research
