  • Responsibilities:_
  • Designing research programs to help design and delivery teams succeed
  • Conducting research programs
  • Synthesizing and communicating research insights and findings
  • Embedding research and testing into large projects
  • Collaborating with designers, strategists, and technologists to turn research insights into solutions
  • Advocating for the value of user research to clients
  • Supporting the Head of Design Research in shaping the direction, capabilities, and profile of the design research team
  • Contributing to the development of the research community within the organisation
  • Requirements:_
  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research, ideally within a consulting or agency setting
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. humancomputer interaction, psychology, anthropology)
  • Passion for staying current with design research techniques, methods, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work from a home office in London, Bristol, or Manchester, with potential for travel within the UK
  • Flexibility to work in a permanent role with a degree of flexibility
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and other compliance issues that impact research
