You may be a Senior Developer, Dev Team Lead, Project Manager or Development Manager - what's important is your ability to cut through barriers, keep your team focused and your pragmatic approach to delivering software.

A specific technology background isn't important - you'll be joining a diverse set-up with.
NET, Java, JavaScript and functional languages used.

There is huge investment in tech and, as your new company enter new markets, you'll be working on solutions which haven't been developed before at this scale.

You'll benefit from a wider leadership group to develop your own skills.
