Network Engineer - OnsiteThe role:
To work for an established and progressive IT Solutions company based out of their Newbury-based office, you will be part of a team who provide a 24/7 front-line service to customers and end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Event Management opening incidencts in the ticketing system
- Managing incoming calls from customers keeping them apprised of any actions taken to resolve issues
- Incident management
- Liaise with logistics with regards to the dispatch of spares and replacement parts.
- Manage planned maintenance
- Organnise site engineers when required
- Liaising with internal departments
- Work within company SLA's
Experience (Essential):
- Strong PC Skills
- Previous service desk experience
- Keen to learn and develop
- Basic networking skills
- Managed service experience
- ITIL Foundation Certificate
- Event Management tool experience
- Wndows Server, VMWare, Citrix, MS Azure and Office365 experience
