A confident, bright and personable
Office Manager is required to join a family-owned business.

This role based in Letchworth is looking for friendly and supportive office professional to ensure the smooth running of the business's administration,invoicing and property maintenance functions, as well as contributing to continued business growth within the organisation.

This is a full time office based role, offering a salary from £30,000_
- ****_You will be part of a small office team and will work very closely with the companies directors and accountant.

You will be joining a caring and passionate team who really value their employees and the role comes with a nice benefits package which includes;

As
Office Manager you will ultimately be responsible for:

  • Basic finance duties including managing and producing outgoing and incoming invoices.
  • General office administration support
  • Liaising with external suppliers, contractor and support teams
  • Property maintenance management for a the business's portfolio of leased and rented properties
  • Ensuring Health and Safety and other legal requirements are met within the office
  • General office maintenance ownership
  • Maintaining and updating internal databases and systems.
  • Client relationship management

The ideal
Office Manager will need:


  • Experience in similar role, especially around _
    finance support_and
    _property maintenance_management
  • Excellent IT and administrations skills including MS Office (Excel and Word) and knowledge and use of accounting software
  • To be solutions orientated with a positive cando attitude plus strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and able to use their initiative
  • Affable with an ability to build strong working relationships
  • Great attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and structure
