A Multinational Energy Company based in Portsmouth office is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a contract basis for 3 months.
(Extension highly likely)Job Role & Key experience we are looking for:
- Telephone customer services experience
- the Advisors will be working in the connections team who are the first point of contact for customer wishing to have a new electricity connection, increase the size of their existing connection, install generation, or move the equipment supplying their property.
- The Advisors will also speak to many customers regarding other general engineering enquiries and take payments for all chargeable works.
- Must have a high level of accuracy & compliance and be IT literate as will be using multiple systems at once
- High organisational Skills
- Skills to manage own workload
- The ability to work to/meet deadlines
- Experienced with working in fast paced environments.
