We are seeking passionate, talented individuals to face our growth and fast development in the UK

Caudalie UK LTD is looking for an ambitious BEAUTY EXPERT for Manchester and surrounding areas.

You will be reporting to the Head of Education and be representing the brand across our different points of sales including Selfridges, Sephora, SpaceNK, Boots & VIP Pharmacies.

You will be responsible for brand growth through sales, quality of service and excelling in customer experience and trainings.


JOB MISSIONS:

Promote and manage the development of sales in your assigned territory.
Execute trainings to excite motivate and educated teams.

Support the commercial sell-in team, and when needed, visit clients to process orders, train the team, and improve the merchandising to dynamize the sales in store.

Follow and execute the marketing plan for each campaign.
Develop relationships and partnerships with stores managers and sales staff to enhance overall growth.
Monitor inventory (product & testers) and report any issues to Key Account team.

You are autonomous, self-motivated, and well organized.
Previous similar experience in another beauty brand in the industry.
Knowledgeable of the London retail environment.


COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:


PERMANENT JOB:
To start mid-March 2024


Area:
Manchester and surrounding areas.


Working Hours:
Tues - Sat with 2 Sundays required per month that you are free to choose.

Shifts can vary EG: 10-6pm, 12-8pm.
