Student Cribs, the largest provider of student housing in the UK, buys, refurbishes, lets, and manages high-quality student houses and flats on behalf of its investors.

The whole process is managed in house to ensure high brand standards across the portfolio with a focus on customer service and tenant enjoyment.


With a significant amount of investment to fuel future growth, the business is looking for a skilled and experienced Lettings Coordinator to join the team.

This cross-departmental role, sitting between the Marketing and Portfolio Management (lettings & management) teams, will report into the Head of Marketing.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the working of our pipeline of leads, with the support of a team of Assistant Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Managers (under different line management)
  • Ownership of Student Cribs Student Brand Manager program, used primarily to facilitate viewings
  • Manage the viewings calendar, working with Portfolio Managers to ensure all viewings are covered
  • Conduct weekly meetings with Portfolio Managers to identify risk areas and opportunities, and coordinate resolving these risks
  • Coordinate regular market reports completed by Portfolio Managers and shared with Senior Management
  • Build successful relationships with agents, both domestic and international
  • Conduct competitor research and collate findings into actionable insights
  • Contribute to the annual sales strategy workflow
  • Support the team where required with rent adjustments
  • Identify training requirements, build and deliver training for the sales team yearround
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to understand the needs of the business at all times, and ensure sales team activity aligns with those needs
  • Track lettings spend and report on this to Senior Stakeholders
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads and ensure all marketing materials are to brandstandard

Requirements:


  • 12 years of experience in a lettings coordination / corporate sales role
  • Excellent teamworking skills you will be working across various large teams and will need to build excellent relationships at all levels of the business
  • The ability to coordinate and manage projects with multiple players, tight deadlines
  • Solutionoriented
  • An understanding of the relationship between marketing and sales
  • Confident delivering training to large groups of people
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

Remuneration & Benefits

Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday with ability to work flexible hours (with the ability to work some weekends where required)
