KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating and managing lessons and exam bookings
- Creating and updating records and databases
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Administrative, organisational and communicative skills
- Approachable, flexible and able to cope in a fastmoving environment
- Excellent level of English
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Multi tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Wellpresented & punctual
- Prior experience (preferred)
- Right to work in the UK
Payment:
Minimum wages according to the age

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
