KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Coordinating and managing lessons and exam bookings
  • Creating and updating records and databases
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Administrative, organisational and communicative skills
  • Approachable, flexible and able to cope in a fastmoving environment
  • Excellent level of English
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Multi tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Wellpresented & punctual
  • Prior experience (preferred)
  • Right to work in the UK

Payment:
Minimum wages according to the age


Job Types:
Part-time, Full-time


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • LONDON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
