Finance Account Manager

Location:
Tonbridge, TN11 (Hybrid Working)


Salary:
Upto £25000 PA + uncapped OTE


Our client are seeking a
Property Finance Account Manager to join them, focussing on offering the development, bridging and buy to let finance options to SME developers.

This is a new business focussed sales role, servicing developers and propertyowners with their finance requirements; including but not exhaustively, development finance, bridging finance, BTL and commercial mortgages.


The Role:

You will work closely with an experienced property finance broker and be supported by the sales admin team. This role is responsible for delivering income against an annual commission plan.

The aim is to maximise revenue on a long term basis, by buildingdeeper relationships with clients, providing excellent service and treating customers fairly.


You will have the support of leads being provided via various means, including a large portfolio of repeat customers and an ever increasing number of referral partners.

Success in this role will require the achievement of minimum levels of performance incritical areas such as activity, behaviour, CRM adoption, customer care and quality as well as sales targets.


Main responsibilities:


  • Generate income against annual commission plan
  • Being able to understand, explain, identify opportunities for and sell the full range of finance products
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking
  • Service and retain existing account base so as to maximise customer life, renewal and crossselling opportunities
  • Develop strong working relationships with customers, property professionals, accountants and introducers, as well as colleagues to achieve success on all counts
  • You will also need to be willing to reach out to targeted prospects and network to find opportunities.

Key skill requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 years' experience selling finance to the SME sector
  • Confident and competent at dealing with senior customer contacts, pricing, selling, deal structuring and deal progression
  • Excellent customer service and focus on treating customers fairly
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised and focussed
  • IT literate, including Microsoft Office and CRM
