We are currently seeking an experienced
Quality and Training Supervisor with outstanding listening and communication skills to join our Housekeeping Team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,162 / annual salary based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £28,662, plus a qualified estimate of £3,500 in gratuities and service charge.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

  • Working with our Housekeeping Management team and Development Partner to create and implement bespoke initiatives which will achieve and exceed our service standards and drive continuous improvement in our guest experience
  • Taking every opportunity to upskill and develop our team from the moment they join us, providing them with opportunities to take more responsibility and show their individual and collective contribution to our business
  • Actively keeping all training documents up to date by supporting Supervisors and Managers with training manuals and SOP's.
  • Conducting daily specific and bespoke on the floor training with our Housekeeping Attendants, Senior Housekeeping Attendants, Evening Room Attendants, House Porters and Public Area Attendants, striving to meet their individual role requirements, service delivery standards and exceeding our guest expectations
  • Developing and delivering our monthly training schedule with our Development Partner and ensuring its successful implementation
  • Supporting the team by carrying out quality inspection audits daily, highlighting areas for improvement and individual development requirements
  • Working closely with our Development partner to deliver onboarding training for our new team members, warmly welcoming and guiding each one through the fundamental steps for our department. In addition, supporting with Early Careers initiatives such as apprentices.
  • Supporting Performance Management within the company by conducting 30 90 Day Reviews for our new team members
  • Alongside your Housekeeping Supervisor colleagues, you'll support the return of our rooms to inventory
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
