The Role:


As a Sales Administrator you will indirectly promote our services to relevant employers and create job adverts to promote the roles we manage.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working collaboratively across the business your key tasks will be to:

  • Utilise advanced tracking software to source and identify relevant employers
  • Promote our services through tailored written communication
  • Write job adverts as requested
  • Track jobs added to our platforms and liaise with our resourcing team to upload CVs
  • Manage enquiries from employers to ensure they are effectively followed up
  • Upload new employer details onto our CRM system

Your profile:


  • A recent graduate who is seeking to join a fastpaced growing business
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Good understanding of IT and competent with social media
  • Commercial acumen
  • Selfmotivated and target driven
  • Tenacious, ambitious and resilient
