Ashlyns Catering Ltd, in partnership with Moreton C of E Primary School, have a vacancy for a GENERAL KITCHEN ASSISTANT
Main responsibilities will include on rotation; setting up for service, serving meals, clearing & washing up and some food preparation
Catering experience and knowledge of allergens would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
The role is 5 days a week, term time only (39 weeks per annum + 5.6 weeks paid annual leave.
Working hours are 12:00-14:00 (2 hours per day), 10 hours per week.
Interviews will be scheduled for w/c 02 March please advise of your availability upon application.
Applicants must be prepared to complete an enhanced DBS prior to starting work, that is satisfactory to both Ashlyns and the school, further checks will be completed throughout employment as stipulated by the DfE in line with safeguarding policies when working with children.
Please be aware, the role is physically demanding.
