    Job Title: Procurement Analyst - Social Housing

    Full-Time, Permanent Position

    Based in Stratford, UK

    Competitive Salary Range: £40,000-45,000 per annum

    We are collaborating with a leading UK contractor to find an experienced and proactive Procurement Analyst to support their team based in Stratford. This critical role is responsible for delivering data-driven insights, driving cost efficiencies, and supporting strategic sourcing decisions.

    About the Role:

    • Conduct detailed spend analysis to uncover opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
    • Analyse supplier rebate schemes and ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting.
    • Support supplier performance reviews with actionable data and insights.
    • Provide market research and trend analysis to inform sourcing strategies.
    • Lead supplier due diligence processes for onboarding and compliance.
    • Create dashboards and executive summaries to support strategic decision-making.
    • Assist in preparing tender documentation and supporting contract negotiations.
    • Identify opportunities to include non-designated parts under Core Supply Agreements.
    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of procurement systems and processes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement activities with operational goals.
    • Balance and prioritise multiple projects across a fast-paced, multi-site business.

    Your Skills and Experience:

    • Previous experience as a Procurement Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within property or facilities management.
    • Strong analytical and data modelling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
    • Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
    • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Proven ability to deliver commercial insight and support tender processes.
    • Commercially aware, adaptable, and solution-focused.
    • Understanding of sustainability and ESG considerations in procurement.
    • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
    • Involvement in procurement systems implementation or optimisation.
