Our last Sales Director is our current COO. This is a role packed with great influence and potential. A key driving force in KBE's senior leadership team, you'll be fully immersed in marketing, finance, operations, and people. We're a cross-functional andcollaborative team of some 50 employees - and we're proud of it. Everyone understands their role and their importance.

Given what we've achieved in the past six years, the future is packed with possibility and potential.

Big industry names trust KBE with their brand in the UK, our recently formed innovation team has created and launched two new spirit brands within 12 months,and we've got another long-term brand partner to announce in early 2023.


Do You Offer ?

  • At least five years of multichannel experience within the alcoholic drinks sector
  • Demonstrable success in achieving results through teams of 10+ direct/indirect reports
  • Experience creating and implementing strategic business sales plans


As our next Sales Director, you'll have five direct reports, three of which lead teams, inclusive of an off-trade team of three, a pubs and bars division of four, and the underlying juggernaut synonymous with the Kingfisher brand - our British curry channelteam of 10.

This is UK-wide, field-based role coupled with reporting to our Aylesford office in person one or two days per week.

There's no escaping the economic challenges currently facing the drinks and hospitality sectors. Our growth is built on sensible, realistic budgeting with profit share taking precedence over volume.

It's your expertise that will drive the strategic decision-makingvital to maximising KBE's opportunities whilst also making the tough calls to walk away when necessary.

Your strategic expertise will oversee the resources, pricing strategies, and KPIs to unlock opportunities. Our sales teams create the demand that's served indirectly through some 100 wholesalers/distributors we use in the UK.

It will be your focus on businesssales performance, backed by your flair for inspiring communication and motivation, that will ensure the realisation of our business plan.
