James Kay Associates are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Officer to join a fast paced well known business in Nottingham.

- Starting Salary - £24, ,000 DOE
Hybrid working model once training is completed

5 days holiday including banks- Many many more benefits- As the Purchase Ledger Officer, you will be responsible for:

Setting up new supplier accounts
Maintaining existing accounts
Liaising with customers and handling queries
Mid and month end payment runs
Supplier reconciliations
Raise POs and code for nonstock items
Log, match and process invoices
Completing month ends checks, debit balances, GRN and reviewing the ledgers
Match card payments to invoices
Online payment admin of receipts and payments
The successful person needs to have previous experience of working within Purchase ledger / Accounts Payable and have excellent Excel skills
