James Kay Associates are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Officer to join a fast paced well known business in Nottingham.

- Starting Salary - £24, ,000 DOE

5 days holiday including banks- Many many more benefits- As the Purchase Ledger Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up new supplier accounts
  • Maintaining existing accounts
  • Liaising with customers and handling queries
  • Mid and month end payment runs
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Raise POs and code for nonstock items
  • Log, match and process invoices
  • Completing month ends checks, debit balances, GRN and reviewing the ledgers
  • Match card payments to invoices
  • Online payment admin of receipts and payments
  • The successful person needs to have previous experience of working within Purchase ledger / Accounts Payable and have excellent Excel skills
