We are currently recruiting for a full time Administrator to join the Finance department where you will be carrying out effective and efficient administration support to the Business.

This a new exciting opportunity within our business and this role will improve the efficiency of our current procedures.


This role will involve:


  • Monitor invoice queries mailbox
  • Administration of the invoice queries
  • Filing of credit card receipts
  • Monthly statement check and file
  • Sending out remittances
  • Scanning and organising of invoices POD's and collection notes
  • Trade references
  • Putting accounts on stop
  • Taking incoming calls
  • Have strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Are selfmotivated and are able work on own initiative
  • Have proven administration experience
  • Have strong organisation skills and have the ability to multitask
  • Are comfortable with high volume repetitive work

£21,000 + depending on experience
