Are you looking to support children as an Nursery Practitioner? Have previous experience working with children? Live local to Slough?
If so, we are seeking a Nursery Practitioner to to join a fantastic primary school in Harrow.

You will be required to support children with their learning and work under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff usually within the classroom or other learning areas, to support pupils with their development and growth.


The Role:


  • As a Nursery Practitioner, you will need to establish good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding appropriately to individual needs
  • Promote the inclusion and acceptance of pupils as a Nursery Practitioner
  • Support the teacher in managing pupil behaviour, reporting difficulties as appropriate as a Nursery Practitioner
  • Prepare classroom as directed for lessons and clear afterwards and assist with the display of pupil's work
  • Encourage pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher

Requirements:

Available to work 8am to 16:00, Monday to Friday:

Level 3 Qualification:


  • Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate setting
  • Willing to support children with special needs
  • Either live in Harrow or within a commutable distance

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
