We are currently supporting a well-established Wealth Management firm in their search for a Procurement Analyst to join them in their City of London office.

As the Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement contracts that govern the business operations, whilst further managing and adhering to the procurement procedures and policies to ensure an effective yet cost-efficient service acrossthe company.

This role will require someone proactive who is always looking for ways to improve the procurement and contract processes within the business.

Your remit will include, but is not limited to:

  • Overseeing the procurement process
  • Managing the procurement approval processes
  • Producing and completing MI reports on the organisation's contracts
  • Tracking renewal and the expiration of contracts
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on the firm's procurement policies and ensuring they are being managed effectively
