The Modern Workplace Service Transformation Lab are embarking on some exciting change in 2023 and we're looking to expand the existing team to allow us to deliver against our commitments.


The Feature Team Scrum Master will be responsible for working directly with both business stakeholders and SMEs within the Lab to deliver improvements to the Joiners, Movers, Returners and Leavers (JMRL) colleague journeys.

This individual will be an experiencedScrum Master who should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artefacts and techniques.

They will also need the ability to coordinate people and projects, with a delivery focus.

As this role is the first of its kind in the team, we'relooking for flexibility and adaptability whilst we get things set up.

Experience working in a regulated environment is essential. Banking preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Lab Lead and Product Owner to organise the work in the newly formed Lab.
  • Manage the project's scope and timeline.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand ups.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks, ensuring aligned to the Group's change methodology.
  • Work with the Product Owner to handle the backlog, changes to priority and scope.
  • Resolution of conflicts and removal of blockers that slow or stop progress.
  • Ensure that the team implements change effectively and in line with the delivery framework.
