'''Duties''' - Directing and controlling traffic flow on construction sites or other designated areas - Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and vehicles by implementing traffic control measures - Guiding vehicles to designated parking areas or loading/unloading zones - Communicating with drivers and pedestrians to provide instructions and guidance - Monitoring and reporting any safety hazards or violations to the appropriate personnel - Assisting with the setup and removal of traffic cones, signs, and barricades as needed '''Skills''' - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, pedestrians, and other team members - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate traffic control measures are implemented - Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations - Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and withstand varying weather conditions - Knowledge of traffic control regulations and procedures - Valid Traffic Marshall certification/license (preferred)
