Introducingthe Walnut Academy 2024

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our highly anticipated Academy for 2024. Our Academy is a 12-month immersive entry-level graduate research training programme that has been successfully running for 10 years. During the programme, you will gain valuable hands-on experience, receive comprehensive structured training, and have dedicated mentorship opportunities.
After successfully completing the programme, you will graduate to a full Research Executive role. You will work alongside experienced research experts, engaging in a wide range of projects.

This will enable you to develop a high level of proficiency in various research methodologies and make a significant impact for brands and organizations.

In addition to honing your practical skills, we provide extra training to accelerate your growth.

You will receive practical support and training to obtain the Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research from the Market Research Society (MRS).

This means that upon completion of our Academy, you will possess a recognised industry qualification.


At Walnut, we combine the best of both worlds - traditional quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, along with cutting-edge neuroscience, behavioural science, and AI, and you'll get to experience it all.

You will be assigned to one of our specialist sector teams where you will become fully proficient, whilst getting to experience across other sectors and methodologies.
