Office Angels have partnered with a market-leading company who are seeking a Senior HR Administrator to join their friendly team.


Role:
Senior HR Administrator


Salary & Benefits:
Up to £27,000pa + 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), free parking, hybrid working after training, option to study for CIPD and other qualifications


Location:
Sheffield


Hours:
Full time, Monday - Friday 36.25 hours per week


Contract:
Permanent


Start date:
Your new Manager is able to interview you as early as next week with a view to start in January


Duties:


  • Provide first class administrative support to the HR team
  • Produce contracts and offer letters for new hires, new starter administration & absence and exit administration
  • Provide monthly payroll changes to outsourced payroll team
  • Review process and look for ways to improve
  • Assist with biannual performance reviews
  • Assist with annual salary reviews
  • Work with management to provide accurate and timely MI
  • Support with the recruitment process
  • Become an expert user of HR systems in use (particularly confident with Excel)
  • Monitor the HR inbox, responding within agreed time frames
  • Ad hoc HR support as and when required

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous experience working within a HR role is essential for this role
  • CIPD Level 3 preferred or qualified by experience and willing to study towards
  • Strong IT skills specifically confident using Excel
  • Experience working within professional services would be a distinct advantage
