A leading independent commercial property company based in Preston are looking for a Head of Facilities Management to join their team.
The main duties of the Head of Facilities Management job will include:
- To manage the facilities management across the portfolio of 90 sites
- Recruit Regional Facilities Managers as required.
- Ensure all monthly compliance audits are carried out
- Contribute to company operational information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Develop operations systems
- Provides a safe, comfortable and operational working environment for all clients in respect of Health & Safety and welfare facilities
- Act as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health and safety agencies.
- Communicate quality issues with facilities team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
- Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to quality, customer service, or accidents
- Providing a leadership motivating staff
The key skills required for the Head of Facilities Management job include:
- 3 years experience in a facilities management role
- Previous multisite responsibility essential
- Management experience required
- Health & Safety qualification desirable
- Able to travel
- Able to work in the office in preston
