About Our Client:

  • Manage the data entry process with high accuracy
  • Ensure all invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Maintaining the accounts inbox and responding to queries
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
  • Assist in other financerelated tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Accounts Administrator should have:

  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Expertise in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
