Marketing Director - North West (Hybrid Working - 2/3 days in office a week) - £90,000 - Marketing
This award-winning company prides itself on keeping up with demands and delivering exceptional services.

They're currently expanding and bringing in new employees who are highly skilled and can give a new perspective and fresh ideas.

This is a fast-growingbusiness with Private Equity backing Growth through the acquisition of other businesses.

At the beginning you will have to commute 3 days a week in the office - first 6 months and then you will have th eoption to go remote.


The marketing director will manage the entire marketing strategy, ensuring that it is successfully executed and covers communication, performance, content, social media, and customer journey/CRM.

This is a fast-growing business with private equity backing.
You will hit the ground running with this exciting new opportunity


Roles and responsibilities:


  • Implement digital marketing strategy
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Lead the internal marketing team and plan all of their activities to ensure sure that all aspects are being covered form Social Media to PR
  • Monitor competition
  • Follow the companies brand guidelines to ensure strong and consistent branding throughout all channels
  • Work closely with the Tech & Data team to ensure better insights on customers

Key skills and experience:


  • 15+ years of experience in a marketing agency
  • Experience of successfully growing a business in marketing
  • Experience with leadership and website strategy
  • SEO and PPC experience
  • Strong expertise with marketing automation systems such as Hubspot
  • Knowledgeable with Google Search Console, Google my Business, Google Analytics, WordPress, Power BI, Hootsuite.
