You'll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of residential property in your role as
Sales Administrator at this professional property company and be providing exceptional service to clients.


As the
Sales Administrator, you will carry out property viewings on behalf of clients as well as conduct market research and analysis of the housing market.

Other tasks in your new role as the
Sales Administrator will include:

  • Manage agreed property sales throughout the conveyancing period and continue communication with clients and buyers.
  • Nurture existing and build new relationships to support business growth
  • Provide essential support to the office and residential sales manager


You'll ideally be proactive and have the ability to adapt and offer versatility as you will be a critical member of the sales team.

We'd also like to speak to you and tell you more about the Sales Administrator role if you have:

  • A good phone manner.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organization skills as you will be dealing with numerous properties at a time.
  • Good IT skills.
Your working hours would be Monday - Friday :30 pm.
Free parking is provided on-site and you will need your own car and a clean & valid driver's license.

£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
