Description

We are seeking support workers to provide 2:1 support for a non-verbal, autistic child, in the Kirkby Area of the city.


You will be providing community support, engaging in the young man's current interests; swimming, soft play, visiting local parks, along with seeking opportunities for new interests.


The young man utilises a wheel chair whilst accessing the community, we are therefore seeking applicants who are confident, and experienced in supporting a wheelchair user, along with being experienced in supporting a person on the autistic spectrum, with a strong awareness of the challenges this can present.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 10 per week


Salary:
£9.50 per hour
