Molecular Biologist - RNA - Cambridge

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Molecular Biologist with a passion for RNA therapeutics, to join a young and innovative biotech company based in Cambridge.

The company has a truly collaborative and creative culture, they are pushing the boundaries of innovation and performing cutting-edge research.

As a Molecular Biologist you will work on projects focused on RNA therapeutics development and nucleic acid R&D.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the design and development of new RNA discovery platforms.
Identify and implement novel tools in RNA, molecular biologyand cell biology and propose experimental designs and strategies.
Collaborate and work closely with other team members to implement and troubleshoot your systems. Liaise with the computational team to develop new areas of research.

Experience:

PhD in Molecular Biology, or educated to BSc/MSc level with 3 years' experience in RNA research within academia or industry.
Proficiency in cuttingedge molecular biology and DNA/ RNA techniques, including NGS.
Handson expertise handling mammalian tissue cultures and cellbased assays.
