We are working with a very well-respected, full service digital agency, searching for a Delivery Lead to join them.

Salary available:
£60,000-£75,000

Location:
Bristol or London hybrid

Working pattern:
Full time

With large scale web build and digital transformation projects on offer for you to manage and excellent client relationships in the travel, healthcare and government/public sector.

A UX and strategy led agency that does thorough discovery work as part of the products and solutions they build for their clients.

This is an agency that's experiencing significant growth, they are now searching for a Delivery Lead, with GDS expertise to join them.

Required skills & experience
You will lead on the delivery of complex digital products, including large scale web builds.

Highly experienced in agile methodologies, you will be able to coach and lead agile teams.

Provide support and guidance for more junior members of the team, you will be someone that always demonstrates best practice and is recognised as a role model.

Responsible for large scale budgets, you will be someone that's all over your numbers, ensuring that projects are kept within designated budgets.

You will be responsible for identifying project risks and putting plans in place to overcome these, escalating internally when required.

Strong communication skills, you will be comfortable engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders.

It's essential you have managed GDS projects previously and therefore understand how to best navigate these, previous marketing agency experience is also a must.
