They are the engine that provide clinical excellence to residents, but more importantly, they lead, mentor and empower a team around them to do the same.


Clinical Leads thrive on making a difference, re-writing the rule books, thinking outside the box, stepping up in the absence of management, a shoulder to cry on perhaps.


Clinical Leads, as the name suggests are nurses that enjoy leading by example, are clinically confident and are passionate in all they do.


If you are an experienced nurse close to Barrow-in-Furness or Ulverston and are looking for you next step in your career or are some of the things I have described above, I'd be pleased to speak with you.

A small, independent, family run care home operator with a great track record have a very unique vacancy.

You will be working alongside a talented Home Manager and experienced Deputy Manager.


They have established a great team around them, but are now looking for new blood in the form of a Clinical Lead.

The home is medium sized and perfectly formed, well respected in the area with a great reputation.


Not only will you be given the tools to do your job, but you will be given the supernumerary time to make a difference.
