I am currently recruiting a Credit Controller role to work for a Property company based in South West London. This is a great opportunity for someone to build and develop their skills in a Credit Control function.


Client Details
My client is a leading Property company based in South West London.


Due to growth they are looking to hire an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis.

My client is looking for someone with experience who can work independently but also part of a team.


Description

The Credit Controller will be responsible for:

  • Chasing unpaid invoices from landlords and tenants
  • Working on the aged debtors for the business maximising cash collection and minimising overdue amounts
  • Working closely with consultants and contractors to maintain a smooth billing process
  • Rectifying errors on portals / party pay & bill system.
  • Liaising with legal & compliance to ensure AR customer setup is correctly completed.
  • Ensuring all invoices are approved in line with the delegation of authority.
  • Resolving AR queries by liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Reconciling statements, problem solving and managing the escalations
  • Building strong client relationships, have challenging conversations and confidence to push for a resolution
  • Involving themselves in continuous improvements to internal processes and credit policies
  • Other general administrative tasks as required

Profile
Property experience is advantageous
